Stillabunt Yuzu Bitter is a refreshing fusion of exotic yuzu fruit and subtle bitterness, designed to explore unique flavor nuances. The citrus notes and bitterness are carefully balanced for a sublime experience.

Recipes and uses:

1. Yuzu Gin Tonic
- 6 cl of gin
- 3 cl tonic water
- 2 drops of Stillabunt Yuzu Bitter
- Ice cubes
- Slices of fresh yuzu for garnish

Procedure: Mix gin, tonic water and Yuzu Bitter over ice cubes. Stir gently and garnish with fresh yuzu slices.

2. Yuzu Mojito:
- 6 cl white rum
- Fresh mint
- 3 cl ODK 100% lime juice
- 1.5 cl ODK sugar syrup
- 2 drops of Stillabunt Yuzu Bitter
- Soda
- Ice cubes

Method: Muddle mint, lime juice and sugar syrup. Add rum, Yuzu Bitters and ice cubes. Top with soda and stir lightly.

3. Yuzu Sorbet Spritz:
- 1 scoop of Yuzu sorbet
- 6 cl of sparkling wine
- 1.5 cl Stillabunt Yuzu Bitter
- Fresh berries for decoration

Method: Place Yuzu sorbet in a glass, add Yuzu Bitter and carefully pour sparkling wine over. Garnish with fresh berries.
