Drinks:

- Pear Bellini:
- Ingredients: Prosecco, ODK Pear puree.
- Procedure: Pour a spoonful of ODK Pear Puree into the bottom of a champagne or wine glass and top up with cold prosecco. Stir lightly and enjoy!

- Pear Gin Fizz:
- Ingredients: Gin, fresh lemon juice, sugar syrup, club soda, ODK Pear puree.
- Procedure: Shake gin, fresh lemon juice, sugar syrup and ODK Pear puree with ice. Strain into a glass and top with club soda. Garnish with a slice of pear.

- Pear Margarita:
- Ingredients: Tequila, Cointreau, fresh lime juice, ODK Pear puree.
- Procedure: Shake tequila, Cointreau, fresh lime juice and ODK Pear puree with ice. Serve in a salt rimmed glass and garnish with a slice of pear.

Desserts:

- Pear Crumble:
- Ingredients: Fresh pears, sugar, cinnamon, butter, oatmeal, flour, ODK Pear puree.
- Procedure: Cut the pears into slices and place them in a greased ovenproof dish. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over. Mix butter, oatmeal, flour and sugar into a crumble and sprinkle it over the pears. Bake at 180 degrees for approx. 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Serve warm with a spoonful of ODK Pear puree.

- Pear ice cream:
- Ingredients: Cream, sugar, egg yolks, pear, ODK Pear puree.
- Procedure: Blend the pear into a puree. Beat egg yolks and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the pear puree and the cream and whisk well. Process the mixture in an ice cream maker until it has a creamy consistency. Serve immediately for a refreshing dessert.
