Drinks:

- Blackberry Martini:
- Ingredients: Vodka, cranberry juice, lime juice, ODK Blackberry Pure.
- Procedure: Shake vodka, cranberry juice, lime juice and ODK Blackberry Pure with ice. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a fresh blackberry.

- Blackberry Gin Fizz:
- Ingredients: Gin, fresh lime juice, sugar, club soda, ODK Blackberry Pure.
- Procedure: Shake gin, lime juice, sugar and ODK Blackberry Pure with ice. Strain into a glass with ice cubes and top with club soda. Garnish with a slice of lime.

- Blackberry Bourbon Smash:
- Ingredients: Bourbon, fresh lemon juice, mint leaves, sugar, ODK Blackberry Pure.

- Blackberry Panna Cotta:
- Ingredients: Cream, sugar, vanilla extract, husblas, ODK Blackberry Pure.
- Procedure: Heat the cream, sugar and vanilla extract until the sugar has dissolved. Add softened cottage cheese and pour the mixture into moulds. Let it harden in the fridge for at least 4 hours. Serve with a spoonful of ODK Blackberry Pure on top.

- Blackberry Crumble:
- Ingredients: Fresh blackberries, sugar, flour, butter, oatmeal, ODK Blackberry Pure.
- Procedure: Mix fresh blackberries with sugar and place them in an ovenproof dish. Mix flour, butter, sugar and oatmeal and spread it over the blackberries. Bake at 180 degrees for approx. 30 minutes until the top is golden. Serve with a spoonful of ODK Blackberry Pure on the side.

- Blackberry Semifreddo:
- Ingredients: Egg whites, cream, sugar, fresh blackberries, ODK Blackberry Pure.
- Procedure: Beat egg whites stiff with sugar. Whip the cream until stiff and carefully fold in the egg whites. Add fresh blackberries and ODK Blackberry Pure, and pour the mixture into a mould. Freeze for at least 4 hours, then slice and serve with an extra spoonful of ODK Blackberry Pure.
